HAIR EXTENSIONS AND SUITABILITY
We recommend starting with either a 100 gram (or 3.5 Oz) Clip In, Tape In or Sew In bundle. From there, you may want more or less hair depending upon the look and style you’re trying to achieve. You may find our premium (Vietnamese and Indian) Endless Hair Extensions to blend in even easier with your own hair and need even less ounces because of the raw, natural textures.
For Clip In we offer Natural Black, Cherry Red, Chocolate Brown, Dirty Blonde, Jet Black, Malbec Plum, Passionate Auburn, Platinum Grey, Russian Blonde, Strawberry Blonde and Brown #2. For Tape In we offer Dirty Blonde, Russian Blonde, Chestnut Brown, and Chocolate Brown. For Sew In we offer Natural Black, Brown #2, Gray, and Russian Blonde. Note: our Malaysian hair can be colored up to a #27 and our Brazilian hair can be colored up to a #613. Our premium (Vietnamese and Indian) extensions, however, can be colored, dyed, or bleached to any color you want because the hair is 100% Remy, Raw, Virgin without chemical or steam processes.
Great question! Our Malaysian, Brazilian, Vietnamese, and Indian hair comes from their respective countries.
Clip In extensions are great for more short-term wearing (but can be kept in longer if wanted) and can be switched out to change a hairstyle, hair length, etc quickly whereas Sew In and Tape In is for more long-term use and has a longer commitment to a certain hairstyle.
Malaysian hair: Body Wave and Straight Brazilian hair: Body Wave, Spanish Wave, Loose Wave, Deep Wave, Silky Straight, Kinky Curly, and Afro Kinky Vietnamese hair: Straight and Wavy Indian hair: Wavy, Curly, Straight, and Body Wave.
For our Indian Clip In extensions we offer lengths 20″ and 22″, our Silky Straight Clip Ins we offer 20″, and for Sew In extensions we offer lengths between 13-30″ . For Tape In we offer 20″ lengths.
HAIR EXTENSION usage and Care
First, choose an install method (Clip In, Sew In or Tape In), choose a color, then a texture based on your own natural hair texture, and finally pick the desired length. Note: picking the right texture that matches your own natural hair’s texture is more important than color because you can easily color, dye, or bleach our hair to any shade you like. Install Method > Color > Texture > Length and Weight > Enjoy!
All Endless Hair Extensions are made with 100% Remy human hair which means that they can be washed and styled just like your own natural hair. Since Endless Hair Extensions don’t receive the natural oils from the scalp as natural hair does, they don’t need to be washed as often as they won’t get oily or greasy like natural hair. We recommend washing your Endless Hair Extensions every 10 or so wears or when there’s a lot of product build-up that prevents styling. Our Premium Collection (Vietnamese and Indian) extensions are raw and virgin in addition to being Remy human hair which makes them even closer to your own natural hair and thus can be washed as many times as you’d like without damaging them. Co-washing – a superficial cleaning that leaves the majority of oils behind while removing dirt and styling products that stay on the surface – is a good way of washing your extensions without causing damage.
You can treat our extensions like your own natural hair! Our Premium (Vietnamese and Indian) clip in’s extensions are also lightweight enough (the wefts are thin, and the beards are small) to be able to wear them throughout the day and even sleep in them at night without fatigue or damage. If you choose to wear your clip in’s for several days be sure to take out once a week to give your extensions a through, gently combing before clipping back in for the best results and minimal tangling.
An average woman will need between 2.5 ounces (70.8 grams) and 8 ounces (226.7 grams) depending on the amount of coverage, style, and volume needed. For instance, you may need up to 8 ounces for a full install versus around 2 ounces to add some volume to thinning hair. You won’t need to purchase as many ounces of Endless Hair Extensions with our premium (Vietnamese and Indian) extensions to achieve the same beautiful, thick hair compared to processed hair extensions.
Absolutely! Our Malaysian hair can be colored up to a #27 and our Brazilian hair can be colored up to a #613. Our premium (Vietnamese and Indian) extensions, however, can be colored, dyed, or bleached to any color you want because the hair is 100% Remy, Raw, Virgin without chemical or steam processes.
As a rule of thumb, Malaysian hair should last 6 months-year, Brazilian hair should last over a year, Vietnamese hair should last 2-2.5 years, and Indian hair should last 2-2.5 years. (All if properly cared for)
We don’t use chemicals to achieve color or use steam to create the textures or color on our premium (Vietnamese and Indian) extensions. The textures and colors are naturally occurring (100% Remy, Raw, Virgin). Our Malaysian and Brazilian hair is Bamboo steamed.

Just as real hair will tangle if not brushed regularly, so will our extensions if not brushed. Remy hair, however, does help prevent matting significantly. Simply brush and care for your Endless Hair Extensions along with your natural hair to ensure a smooth transition and to keep your hair looking beautiful. Clip in Endless Hair Extensions can be worn for days and brushed or combed while clipped in but for best results, should be taken out weekly to give a gently combing to prevent excessive matting.

Raw/virgin hair is untouched hair with absolutely no chemical or steam processes used to achieve a certain color or texture. You may find a strand of grey hair in some of our extensions.
oRDER CHANGES AND REQUESTS
Please e-mail us at [email protected] with your order number and the shipping option you would like to upgrade to. If your order has not yet been processed at our warehouse or been shipped, we will place your order on hold and send you a custom invoice. Kindly let us know once the invoice has been paid so we can manually release your order for processing again. If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to adjust your shipping method.
Please contact [email protected] immediately with your order number and your new shipping address. Although we cannot guarantee that we’ll catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes, although it is the responsibility of the buyer to input their correct shipping address. Kindly note that once an order enters processing at our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it.
Please e-mail [email protected] with your order number and your request to cancel and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse. If your order is already in processing at our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If this is the case, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery and request to have it returned to sender. The courier will then ship it back to us at no cost to you. Once your tracking information updates to confirm that your package is on route back to our warehouse, please notify us immediately at [email protected] and we will be happy to proceed with your refund back to your original method of payment.

We try our very best to make sure there’s enough stock to ensure that there’s never items on backorder. Sometimes an extension is out of stock and this simply means that we have no more units left in our warehouse but have a new shipment on the way. The wait time is usually a few business days unless otherwise noted.

No card information is ever saved at Endless Hair Extensions and remains in the private property of the cardholder at all times, before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through secure forms of payment that are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors. We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information.
Endless Hair Extensions charges a 20% VAT on all orders shipped to a country within the European Union (EU). These collected taxes are mandated by the Dutch government and Endless Hair Extensions in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the government.
A 6% state sales tax will be collected on all orders made to Florida. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state government and Endless Hair Extensions in no way benefits from this and directly pays the amount collected to the state. We are in the process of updating our sales tax information in light of the recent June 21st, 2018 Supreme Court decision on state sales tax.
All prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Yes! We are happy to accept your set back for an exchange or refund within 60 days, as long as they haven’t been worn or altered or installed. Please read our Return Policy and then e-mail [email protected] when you are ready to proceed with your return or exchange. You must contact us prior to sending your return to obtain an RMA number and confirmation of such a return or exchange. Please note that refunds for extensions returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
Yes, customers wishing to return or exchange their extensions will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option because Endless Hair Extensions will not be responsible for lost packages. Note: please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
We will send you the different extension(s) after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extension(s) were not worn or altered. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1 business day to process all orders from the moment we place it in our system. A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not worn or altered. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Note: most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. In order to initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail [email protected] with your order number and the following information, and we’ll be happy to provide you with our return address and an RMA label if you qualify for a return. 1. Please read about our refund policy here or our exchange policy here. 2. By purchasing our product(s), you by default agree to our refund/exchange policy and guarantee that the item has not been worn or altered. Please e-mail us and copy/paste the following statement: “I, (insert your full name), agree to the Endless Hair Extensions refund/exchange policy and understand if Endless Hair Extensions finds that the item has been worn or altered, I will not receive a refund, and I will have to pay the needed shipping fees in order to get my worn or altered item back.” Also, if you have any feedback as to why you are returning your set – we’d love to hear it! Customer feedback is what helps our company learn and grow.
We will provide a full refund or exchange on unworn and unaltered hair extensions within 60 days of the date that you receive your Endless Hair Extensions.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We’re sorry you haven’t received your Endless Hair Extensions yet. Since your tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, this means it was delivered to the shipping address provided. For some general tips: be sure to recheck your shipping address, check with your household members and your neighbors, check your mailbox and any safe drop areas around the parameters of your home. For businesses – check with the security guard, mailroom, and front desk. For apartment buildings – check with security or front desk/concierge. You can also try contacting your three local post offices. Finally, try waiting 24-48 hours for your package to deliver as there are some rare instances in which a package is said to be delivered when in fact it hasn’t been yet.
The amount of time it takes for your package to arrive at your shipping address depends upon your location and shipping method. The best way to determine the time frame is to check your shipping method and use tracking information for updates.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the correct shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
Yes! We ship to military addresses. All mail is shipped via USPS to a military base who is then responsible for delivering the package to your final destination. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 15-20 business days. At check-out, please select United States as the country, and in the state drop-down menu, you will have the option to select one of the following: Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific. International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Endless Hair Extensions, and thus cannot be refunded. We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in the shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at the destination, plus a small administration fee. Yes! You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
We offer free US shipping and prices vary depending upon the shipping location outside the US.
Our warehouse is located in sunny Florida.
It will take 1 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.
