Vitamin A is an essential vitamin to help fight against dry hair that’s been processed. It brings moisture to the scalp and shine into your hair again. Be sure to eat plenty of foods rich in Vitamin A like orange and yellow vegetables and fruits, fish, cheeses, and cooked kale.
